• No Guarantee of Results: We do not guarantee specific results from using our programs or plans. Individual results may vary based on various factors including personal effort, physical condition, and adherence to the program.

• Not a Substitute for Professional Advice: Our app is not intended to replace professional medical or nutritional advice. Always consult with a healthcare provider before starting any new fitness or nutrition program.

• Use at Your Own Risk: You agree to use our fitness programs, coaching services, and meal plans at your own risk. QUANTUMFIT ENTREPRISES LLC is not responsible for any injury, health issues, or adverse effects that may result from using our app or its content.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, QUANTUMFIT ENTREPRISES LLC, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising from or related to your use or inability to use the app, including any claims related to coaching, fitness programs, or nutrition plans.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the app shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the app in the six months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless QUANTUMFIT ENTREPRISES LLC, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to:

• Your use of the app.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Wyoming, USA.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the app shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of Wyoming, USA. The arbitration shall take place in Wyoming, USA, and the arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the app. Your continued use of the app after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
